Do you need a "substitute phone"?
Have you ever picked up your phone without realizing it, and found yourself just... fiddling with it? Yeah, us neither. ;)
Austrian artist & designer Klemens Schillinger created the 'substitute phone,' a device that mimics the weight and shape of a phone, without the addictive screen. It uses stone beads to distill the function of the object down to the movements we make on our phones, without the actions we take. There are a bunch of different designs, based on actions we frequently make on our phones.
