This week in the US we are taking time out to celebrate what we are grateful for––and we love that tech can help people consciously develop the practice this season and all year round. We have rounded up three apps that aim to help their users express and cultivate gratitude and, as a byproduct, could help you feel happier. {Bonus: at the end of this post, we’ve included a guided meditation on gratefulness video by Deepak Chopra.}

Gratitude Apps:

My Gratitude Journal - This goal of this app is for users to take five minutes a day to write good things that happened to them, thus rewiring their brain to see the positive. iOS. Price: $2.99

More and more tech conferences our founder speaks at have starting asking her to lead their attendees in a meditation. We love this! In that spirit, please enjoy this short guided meditation from Deepak Chopra.
