Learning to transform stress into spirited opportunity need not be a daunting task.   The Master Leader-shift executive coaching program is designed to help you make necessary changes in several domains of your personal and professional life. 

The program provides functional tools so the changes are measureable and sustainable.  The length of the program depends on your specific goals defined by an initial assessment. 

The scheduling of the program is individualized based on 10 week membership commitments that include 1 hour weekly phone consults and the completion of  coaching assignments.  The coaching memberships are renewable in 10 week increments, thereby progress is measured frequently and long term objectives are modified based on achieving short term goals.      

  Commitment to this program is a 10 week, renewable membership.

Cost of the Membership is $2,950

• Payable in pre-paid increments at Week One and Week Five
• Payment is expected in advance of private consulting appointment
• Renewable 10 Week Commitments
• Participants are limited,  so I am fully focused on your success

 Membership includes:

• Access to expert coaching individualized to your Master Leader-shift goals
• Scheduled Consulting Appointments, by Skype or Phone
• Weekly appointments, pre-scheduled
• All testing, assessments and materials are included in the pre-paid rate
• All biofeedback equipment and training (if needed) and Training Guides are included in the pre-paid rate
